First recording session: November ‘05

Oh yeah - now we've started recording our next album. Three days at what we've named the "Sitz Trø Studio", have laid the platform for what will become our 4th album. It's our first time recording in Trondheim, but as usual we've involved HAM. This time we also cooperate with our live-technician Trosk. Both people very gifted and persons we really trust.

Most of our previous albums have been recorded at Hønsehuset (Hen house), and we still keep the agricultural aspect; “Sitz Trø Studio” is a former barn, situated some kilometres outside Trondheim Centrum.

We’ve started recording six new tunes which vary from totally minimalistic low-voiced songs to aggressive noisy no-rock. Some songs have already been performed live, others never heard of anyone else. The common feeling is good and we look forward to continue the process as soon as possible.

So far; thanks to Are, Tor and Torkild.

Second recording session: February ‘06

3rd -6th of February we worked with our new album in a studio in Trondheim ("The Trø Sitz"). This was the second round with everybody working together (B & K did some vocals/guitars etc in Hønsehuset in December), and we are now beginning to see the contours of how it's going to turn out. We have had great fun (with the obligatory internal humour and hang ups), and with our heads and hearts closely together we tried to make magic. Within the band we have a hang up on limit-breaking (e.g the first time we had the audience singing with us, etc). This time in the studio a big and very welcome limit was broken: Torks, our faithful and extremely talented live-engineer, was situated behind the mixing-table. Since the Alcoholovefi collection we have only been working with HAM in studio recordings - but this time we both work with HAM and Torks.

When and where the next session will take place it not 100 % decided, but probably in the near future...

Again thanks to Torks, Sitter, and HAM - (and to the unknown persons we borrowed amps and drum-stash from).

Touring diaries

Hello!

Obviously we didn't have enough time to do this blog-thing on the tour, as we tought. We have been concentrating on doing a touring-diary for a Norwegian and a German internet page. Theese are: www.nrk.no/musikk and www.gaesteliste.de. Maybe we'll be back with a prolouge here or something...

Right now we are wating to play our last gig for this time here in Germany. We are in a little cosy town called Rorichmoor, and exept for a very stressing day on the Autobahn, we're now doing fine!

See ya!

Tezt

Hopefully this is the beginning of something new and beautiful. If we manage to overwin the technicalities and surf on nice big waves on the net, we will write about our tour in Germany in June. We look forward to it big time!
